Foxholes Childcare Training and Development Policy

I allocate £100. per year, which I use to cover the cost of training courses and resources. I assess and review my training needs annually and once
I have identified the areas in which I and my assistant require further training and aim to attend the relevant training courses.

Details of my training and development plan are provided for parents/carers within their welcome pack and are also displayed within my setting.
I give written notice of the dates that I aim to attend training courses, at the earliest opportunity and where I am able to make alternative childcare
arrangements (with a Registered Childcare provider)), I seek written parental permission for their child's placement.
